- Check Your Control Journal Checklist (Day 8)
Before Bed Routine
Going to bed at a reasonable time is another habit that I need to put extra effort into because, naturally, I’m a night owl.
Flylady Baby Steps Day 19
For day 19, Flylady wanted us to read an encouraging message about bed and breakfast. It’s a lovely message that I will love for you to read.
We won’t be adding any more baby steps to our daily routines today.
We’ll continue working on our previous habits that I mentioned at the beginning of this post.
