Let’s Keep Working on Our Control Journal
Today, we’re going to add to our control journals. So we’ll need to set the timer for 15 minutes and start an inspirational page for our control journal.
Write down your favorite inspirational quotes or sayings. Flylady’s tip is to have inspirational quotes in your control journal to motivate and inspire you, especially when you feel blue.
I borrowed my kids, coloring pencils and wrote the quotes in color because I love having a colorful page.
You can write the phrases down or print off your favorite quotes and sayings off your computer. You’re building your control journal. So do what works for you.
